Our client is a Bangalore-based health tech brand rapidly scaling across global markets and redefining what the health tech ecosystem looks like. They are looking to bring on a Paid Creative Strategist to join their growing team.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of growth and creativity; built for someone who knows how to turn insight into compelling content that performs. You will lead the creative engine behind marketing campaigns, owning the full funnel from awareness through to conversion.

Responsibilities

- Own creative strategy, narrative development, and messaging across the funnel, from awareness to conversion.
- Translate consumer and user insights into sharp creative concepts, hooks, briefs, and platform-specific messaging.
- Partner with Growth, Performance, Design, and Insights teams to develop, launch, test, and scale high-performing creatives across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and TV.
- Analyse creative performance to identify winning hooks, formats, narratives,



and opportunities for experimentation and iteration.
- Own creator partnerships including identifying, briefing, negotiating, and managing creators, and social-first influencers.
- Build a strong understanding of the product and its medical benefits and limitations, translating them into compelling and accurate consumer narratives.

Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in creative strategy, performance creative, paid social, copywriting, or end-to-end social/content marketing.
- Proven experience creating or leading performance-driven creative across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google.
- Solid understanding of how creativity influences performance across different stages of the funnel.
- Strong understanding of social-first content, creator formats, emerging trends, and what makes content effective in a paid environment.
