Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Course Reviewer to review and evaluate online courses and certification content for quality, accuracy, structure, and learner experience. The role involves reviewing course materials, assessments, learning objectives, and LMS content to ensure they meet defined quality standards before publication.

Key Responsibilities

- Review online course content for accuracy, quality, clarity, and consistency.
- Evaluate course structure, learning objectives, modules, lessons, and assessments.
- Review quizzes, questions, assignments, and other learner assessments.
- Verify that course content aligns with defined learning objectives and certification requirements.
- Review courses on the LMS before and after publication.
- Identify errors, gaps, inconsistencies, and areas requiring improvement.
- Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts, Instructional Designers, Content Writers, and Trainers to resolve content-related issues.
- Provide clear and actionable feedback to improve course quality.
- Track review comments, revisions, and approvals.
- Maintain quality checklists and course review documentation.
- Ensure courses meet internal quality standards and publishing guidelines.
- Support continuous improvement of the course review and quality assurance process.

Requirements

- Experience: 1+ year in course review, content quality, EdTech, eLearning, instructional design, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading ability.
- Good understanding of online learning and certification content.




- Ability to evaluate content from a learner and quality perspective.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, Jira, or Confluence is an advantage.
