Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage the cost accounting function for FMCG products, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

- Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to inform business decisions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product costs, material sourcing, and supply chain operations.

- Analyze data from SAP FICO and CO modules to identify trends, opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements :

- 8-15 years of experience in cost accounting or a related field in the FMCG industry.

- Robust expertise in COPA (Cost of Production Analysis) principles and practices.

- Proficiency in SAP FICO (Financial Accounting) module with knowledge of COPA implementation.
