Role Description This is a full time, on-site Copywriter role based in Faridabad. The Copywriter will craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for digital and print channels, including product pages, social media posts, marketing campaigns, emails, and packaging. The role involves developing and refining brand messaging, writing press releases and promotional materials, and ensuring consistency of tone and style across all consumer touchpoints.

The Copywriter will collaborate with marketing, design,



and product teams to translate product features into compelling benefits and storytelling. Daily responsibilities also include proofreading and editing content, optimizing copy for clarity and impact, and supporting communication strategies that strengthen Winston’s brand presence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Writing and Proofreading skills, with the ability to produce clear, error-free, and engaging copy.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess experience in Marketing and brand-focused copy, ideally for consumer products or beauty and personal care brands.
- Candidates should possess the ability to write and structure Press Releases and other PR-oriented content in a professional, media-ready format.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience writing for D2C or e-commerce brands, familiarity with beauty or personal care categories, and basic knowledge of SEO best practices are advantageous.
- Attention to detail, creativity, time management skills, and the ability to work on-site in Faridabad on a full-time schedule are required.
