Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled ControlUp Engineer/Administrator with 5-7 years of experience in End User Computing (EUC), Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and Digital Workplace technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, monitoring, and optimizing the ControlUp platform to ensure proactive monitoring, performance analytics, and seamless end-user experience across Citrix, VMware Horizon, Microsoft AVD, and physical endpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and administer the ControlUp Real-Time Monitoring and ControlUp Insights platform.

Monitor and optimize performance of Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Windows endpoints.

Create dashboards, reports, alerts, triggers, and automated remediation actions.

Analyze EUC performance metrics and identify bottlenecks affecting end-user experience.

Integrate ControlUp with ITSM and monitoring tools such as ServiceNow, Power BI, Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, and other enterprise platforms.

Perform root cause analysis (RCA)



for user experience and VDI-related incidents.

Manage ControlUp Agents, Monitors, Scoutbees, and Edge DX deployments.

Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell.

Collaborate with EUC, Infrastructure, Networking, Security, and Cloud teams to resolve complex issues.

Create operational documentation, monitoring runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge articles.

Participate in capacity planning, performance tuning, and setting health assessments.

Support enterprise-wide monitoring initiatives and service improvement programs.
