- Maintaining consistency and cleanliness in the kitchen
Requirements
- Valuable knowledge of Indian vegetarian cooking
- Experience preparing North Indian cuisine
- An understanding of spices and flavor balance
- A clean, organized, and responsible approach to kitchen work
