We’re looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Content Writer who understands how content works across platforms and can turn ideas, products, and brand stories into content people actually want to read, watch, and share.

This role is ideal for someone who understands Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reels, Stories, carousels, trends, hooks, storytelling, and brand voice and knows that social media content is more than just writing captions.

? What You'll Do

- Write engaging and platform-specific content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms .
- Create Instagram captions, carousel copy, Reel scripts, Story content, LinkedIn posts, campaign copy, and short-form content .
- Develop fresh and creative social media content ideas based on the brand, target audience, and marketing objectives.
- Create solid hooks, headlines, CTAs, storytelling angles, and content concepts .
- Develop monthly social media content calendars .
- Adapt content according to different platforms, audiences, and content formats.
- Understand and maintain different brand voices, tones, and communication styles .
- Research social media trends, competitors, industries, audiences, and relevant conversations.
- Write content for brand awareness, product launches, campaigns,



promotions, events, and thought leadership .
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, social media managers, and other creative team members.
- Provide clear copy direction for carousels, Reels, static posts, and visual creatives .
- Repurpose existing content into different social-media formats.
- Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, tone, and consistency.
- Manage content requirements for multiple brands across different industries .
- Stay updated with Instagram and LinkedIn trends, emerging content formats, internet culture, and social media best practices .
- Use AI tools intelligently to research, brainstorm, and improve productivity while maintaining originality and a strong human creative voice.

✅ What We're Looking For
- 2–5+ years of experience in Social Media Content Writing, Copywriting, Content Strategy, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn content .
- Excellent English writing, grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to write short, sharp, engaging, and attention-grabbing copy .
- Strong understanding of social media storytelling and audience behaviour .
- Ability to write strong hooks and CTAs .
- Understanding of what makes people stop scrolling, read, engage, and share .
- Ability to adapt writing style to different brands, industries,



and target audiences .
- Strong research skills and the ability to convert research into interesting content.
- Good understanding of current social media trends and content formats .
- Ability to work independently, take a brief, and deliver content without constant supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple brands/projects and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience working with a creative agency is a plus.
- Experience working with international brands or clients is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT and other AI content/research tools is a plus.
