Key Responsibilities

YouTube Content Creation

- Plan, create and edit video content for the YouTube channel.
- Produce content for both organic YouTube content and promotional campaigns.
- Shoot and edit podcast/interview videos.

Campaign Video Production

- Adapt video content into different formats and durations based on campaign requirements.

AI Content Creation

- Create AI-generated videos and images for campaigns and organic content.

Video Editing

- Create multiple versions/sizes of videos as required for different platforms.

Required Skills

- Strong video editing skills.
- Good understanding of YouTube content formats and audience behaviour.
- Experience with video editing software such as Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro or similar.
- Familiarity with AI video and image generation tools.




- Basic understanding of digital advertising formats across Meta, Google and YouTube.
- Good understanding of storytelling, pacing and visual communication.
- Ability to shoot basic video content and handle podcast/interview recordings.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.

Preferred

- Experience managing or creating content for a YouTube channel.
- Knowledge of YouTube thumbnails, titles, descriptions and basic SEO.
