Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator who can develop engaging content for social media and digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for ideation, content planning, shooting, editing, and publishing content that aligns with the brand and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

Develop ideas for Reels, videos, posts, carousels, stories, and promotional content.

Plan and execute content shoots according to the content calendar.

Write captions, hooks, scripts, and basic promotional copy.

Shoot and edit short-form videos and Reels.

Collaborate with the marketing, design, sales, and management teams.

Follow current social media trends and identify content opportunities.

Maintain consistency in brand tone, visual style, and messaging.

Coordinate with models, influencers, trainers, or team members for content creation.

Review content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement.

Organize and maintain content assets, raw footage, edited videos, and creative files.

Ensure content is completed and published within assigned deadlines.

Required Skills





Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

Solid creativity and storytelling skills.

Good communication and writing skills.

Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing.

Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing software.

Ability to understand social media trends and create relevant content.

Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Good time-management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.

Previous experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a similar role is an advantage.

Portfolio of previous content/Reels/videos will be preferred.

Number and quality of content pieces created.

Timely completion of the content calendar.

Social media reach, engagement, and audience growth.

Quality and consistency of published content.

Improvement in content performance based on analytics.

Successful execution of campaigns and promotional content.

Pay: ₹10,148.90 - ₹35,235.08 per month
