Position Overview

We are looking for a Consultant – Salesforce CPQ Developer with 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

The candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce configuration, integrations, and Salesforce development.

The role involves understanding complex business requirements, designing scalable Salesforce solutions, development, troubleshooting, and working closely with business and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Participate in technical discovery, solution design, and architecture discussions.
- Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Apex Triggers, LWC, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
- Work on Salesforce CPQ and Deal Desk applications.
- Configure Salesforce using Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Workflows, and Process Builder.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using APIs or middleware.
- Handle data migration, data cleansing, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Perform performance optimization and ensure scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams throughout the development lifecycle.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong experience with Apex, Apex Triggers, LWC, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
- Hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience, preferably with Deal Desk applications.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and declarative tools.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and/or middleware.
- Experience in data migration, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Good understanding of Salesforce architecture and scalable solution design.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a contract-based consulting environment.

Good to Have
- Salesforce certifications.
- Familiarity with recent Salesforce releases and capabilities.
- Exposure to additional Salesforce products or applications.

Additional Requirements
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model from Hyderabad.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a consulting environment.
