Your work profile

- Implement, configure, and support SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) solutions.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP RAR functional solutions.

- Configure revenue recognition and accounting rules based on IFRS 15 / ASC 606 requirements.

- Work on revenue contracts, performance obligations, allocation, and revenue recognition processes.

- Configure and manage Revenue Accounting Contracts (RACs) and related accounting processes.

- Work on contract modifications, cancellations, renewals, and changes in performance obligations.

- Configure revenue recognition methods, allocation rules, and accounting principles.

- Handle revenue postings, deferrals, accruals, and adjustments.

- Support integration between SAP RAR and SAP SD, FI, CO, Billing, and S/4HANA.

- Work on integration with external billing, sales, and operational systems where required.

- Analyze and resolve production issues related to revenue accounting and reporting.

- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents,



test scenarios, and user documentation.

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and support business users during implementation and go-live.

- Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, interfaces, reports, and integrations.

- Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to revenue accounting.

- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and revenue recognition standards.

Key skills required

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP RAR / SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting.

- Good understanding of IFRS 15 and/or ASC 606.

- Robust knowledge of revenue recognition and revenue accounting processes.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP RAR integration.

- Good understanding of SAP SD and SAP FI processes.

- Experience with billing, invoicing, revenue contracts, and accounting documents.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good understanding of SAP integration concepts and data flow.

- Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and production support.
