Job Summary

We are looking for a Computer Operator who is proficient in MS Excel, Tally, data entry, and day-to-day computer operations. The ideal candidate should have good attention to detail, accuracy in handling data, and the ability to manage records and reports efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform accurate data entry, updating, and maintenance of records.

- Prepare, maintain, and update Excel sheets, reports, and databases.

- Handle day-to-day computer and documentation-related activities.

- Perform basic accounting and record-related tasks using Tally.

- Maintain and organize digital and physical records/documents.

- Enter, verify, and cross-check data for accuracy.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.

- Manage files, emails, printing, scanning, and other routine computer operations.

- Support the team with documentation and administrative tasks.

- Ensure timely completion of assigned data and computer-related work.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel – data entry, formatting, sorting, filtering, basic formulas, etc.





- Working knowledge of Tally.

- Good typing and data-entry skills with accuracy.

- Basic knowledge of MS Word, email, printing, scanning, and file management.

- Positive computer handling and organizational skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate / relevant qualification preferred.

- 1–3 years of experience in Computer Operator, Data Entry, Back Office, or similar roles preferred.

- Freshers with good computer and Excel knowledge may also be considered.

- Candidates from Bhilai and nearby areas are preferred.
