Job Summary

We are looking for a Vehicle Tracking & MIS Executive to monitor vehicle movements, ensure timely updates of shipment status, prepare MIS reports, and coordinate with drivers, transporters, customers, and operations teams. The role requires robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage real-time logistics information.

Key ResponsibilitiesVehicle Tracking

- Track vehicles through GPS and other tracking systems on a real-time basis.
- Monitor vehicle movement from loading point to delivery destination.
- Ensure timely reporting of vehicle placement, loading, transit, and unloading status.
- Follow up with drivers and transporters regarding vehicle location and transit updates.
- Identify route deviations, delays, breakdowns, and detention issues, and immediately escalate to concerned teams.
- Maintain records of vehicle movement, transit time, and delivery performance.
- Coordinate with customers and operations teams to provide shipment status updates.

MIS Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to vehicle movement and logistics operations.
- Generate reports on vehicle utilization, transit performance, on-time delivery, detention, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate databases and operational records.




- Analyze operational data and highlight exceptions, delays, and performance trends.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to management and customers.
- Update ERP, TMS, and internal systems with accurate operational information.

Coordination & Documentation
- Maintain trip-wise records, POD status, vehicle placement records, and delivery updates.
- Coordinate with branches, warehouses, customers, and transport vendors for operational requirements.
- Assist in invoice support documentation, POD follow-up, and shipment closure activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of GPS tracking systems, ERP, or Transport Management Systems (TMS) preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Excellent follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Good understanding of transportation and logistics operations.
- Knowledge of advanced Excel functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and MIS reporting.

Pay: ₹8,287.29 - ₹25,060.05 per month
