� Register eligible employees under the ESIC scheme.

� Generate and update ESIC numbers for employees.

� Maintain employee ESIC records and documentation.

� Process ESIC-related claims such as sickness, maternity, temporary disability, and dependent advantages.

� Coordinate with employees, hospitals, dispensaries,



and ESIC offices for claim settlements.

� Handle ESIC inspections and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

� Prepare and submit ESIC reports and returns within prescribed timelines.

� Monitor employee eligibility and contribution details.

� Resolve employee queries related to ESIC benefits and claims.

� Maintain accurate MIS reports and compliance records.

� Liaise with internal HR, payroll, and operations teams for ESIC-related activities.

� Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
