Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Community Intern to support community engagement, events, customer interaction, and brand-building initiatives across our hospitality outlets. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, creating experiences, and working in a fast-paced restaurant and lifestyle environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support community engagement activities at restaurants and hospitality outlets.
- Assist in planning and executing events, activations, workshops, and community meet-ups.
- Build and maintain relationships with local communities, colleges, corporates, influencers, creators, and other relevant partners.
- Coordinate with outlet teams to ensure smooth execution of community activities.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to increase footfall, customer engagement, and brand visibility.
- Support social media and digital initiatives related to events and community activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for event requirements, guest lists, invitations, and follow-ups.
- Interact with customers and guests to understand their feedback and engagement preferences.
- Maintain databases of community partners, event contacts, influencers, and collaborators.
- Track event participation, engagement, and basic activity reports.
- Assist the Marketing/Community team in preparing presentations, reports, and promotional material.
- Support other brand-building and community initiatives as required.

Eligibility
- Students or freshers pursuing/completed a degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Marketing, Event Management, Mass Communication, Business Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in events, hospitality, community management, or customer engagement will be an advantage.
