Roles and Responsibilities

HUL Field Force Alumni Network is a fast-growing community of people who have worked in the Hindustan Unilever Field Force. We're looking for one person to run the day-to-day work of this community as it grows.

This is a full-time, hands-on, hybrid role. You'll work closely with the Steering Committee and turn its plans into action. Members will know you as the person who keeps the community running every day.

What you'll do

- Keep the member database accurate and up to date.
- Welcome recent members and guide them through our joining process.
- Post approved content across our social media platforms and website on schedule.
- Work with our digital agency to make sure content goes out on time.
- Call members to welcome them, follow up and keep them involved.
- Answer member queries and bring decisions to the Steering Committee quickly.
- Send member updates, reminders and event invites.
- Help plan and run our annual event. This covers RSVP tracking, vendor follow-ups, checklists and coordination on the day.
- Take notes on committee calls.

Reporting You'll report to the Steering Committee. You'll bring questions on strategy, campaigns,



agency work and event planning to the Committee for a decision.

Who we're looking for

- You speak and write English well.
- You enjoy talking to people, on the phone and in person.
- You have managed members, groups or online communities.
- You're a self-starter. You see what needs doing and you do it.
- You're hands-on and happy to take up any task the work needs, big or small.
- You're organised and reliable, and you follow a process well.
- You're comfortable with data entry, follow-ups and scheduling.
- You use social media and Google tools easily.
- Experience in helping to run events is a strong plus.
