Core Responsibilities

- Outreach &
- Fieldwork:

Conduct door-to-door visits, community meetings, school presentations, and surveys to raise awareness.

- Candidate Identification: Source, counsel, and enroll eligible candidates for programs or training.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build robust ties with local leaders, village councils, and parents to secure project buy-in.

- Support &

- Monitoring:

Track participant attendance, assist with program delivery, and report monthly progress to managers. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- Communication: Exceptional listening, public speaking, and negotiation abilities.

- Empathy &
- Cultural Sensitivity:

Strong interpersonal skills to relate to diverse groups and manage community expectations.

- Education: Typically requires a background in social work, psychology, or equivalent field experience.

- Tech Literacy: Comfort using mobile tools, mapping apps, and basic reporting software.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
