COMMUNICATION MANAGER

Reports To: Communication Head

Mode: Full-Time, In office

Key Role

1. Develop and implement PR and communication plans for the firm and its projects.
2. Develop communication, presentation and visual content for projects and the firm.
3. Prepare and manage content for social media platforms, including Instagram and LinkedIn, to enhance the firm's online presence and engagement.
4. Ensure timely delivery of communication, presentation and PR-related requirements.
5. Handle client communication and coordination related to project deliverables.
6. Prepare compelling client pitches and presentations that clearly communicate the firm's work, approach and value proposition.
7. Prepare technical presentations that clearly explain project approach, methodology and processes.
8. Create press materials, articles, speeches, project stories and other content to support the firm's PR and communication initiatives.
9. Build and maintain relationships with media professionals and coordinate press releases, media enquiries and coverage.
10. Coordinate with internal teams to gather project information and develop relevant communication and content.
11. Support the firm's branding initiatives and ensure consistency in communication and visual identity.
12. Manage and coordinate the communication team and ensure smooth execution of assigned work.
13. Prepare internal reports and presentations for leadership and other stakeholders.
14. Travel on behalf of Archohm as per project requirements.





Eligibility / Key Skills / DNA

- 8–10 years of relevant experience in communication, PR, branding, marketing communication or a related field, preferably in an architecture, design, real estate or creative organisation.
- Strong experience in preparing and managing content for Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Good understanding of architecture and design, with the ability to communicate project ideas and stories in a clear and engaging manner.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging press materials, articles, speeches, project stories and social media content.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to prepare compelling client pitches.
- Ability to develop technical presentations that clearly communicate project approach, methodology and processes.
- Experience in coordinating with media professionals, including preparing press releases and handling media enquiries.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams and manage communication requirements within deadlines.
- Good understanding of branding, visual communication and content presentation.
- Strong client-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently manage assigned communication projects and deliverables.
- Team coordination and people-management skills.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel on behalf of Archohm as per project requirements.
