Job Responsibilities

- Manage hard collection and recovery for delinquent unsecured loan accounts.

- Handle collection portfolios for Business Loans (BL), Personal Loans (PL) and Credit Cards.

- Conduct field visits and follow up with customers for overdue payments.

- Drive timely resolution of delinquent and overdue accounts.

- Coordinate with collection agencies and internal teams wherever required.

- Track assigned accounts, payment commitments and recovery status.

- Maintain daily collection MIS and achieve assigned recovery targets.

- Ensure compliance with company collection and customer handling guidelines.

- Handle escalated and difficult customer cases professionally.

Candidate Profile

- Experience in hard collection / field collection / recovery.

- Experience in BL, PL, Credit Card or other unsecured loan collections preferred.
