We are looking for a agile and relationship-oriented College Relationship Manager to build, manage, and strengthen relationships with colleges and universities. The role involves regular communication with institutional representatives, understanding their requirements, coordinating with internal teams, managing follow-ups, and supporting long-term institutional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with colleges, universities, and educational

institutions.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned colleges and handle day-to-day institutional

communication.

- Understand college requirements and coordinate with relevant internal teams for timely execution.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with college representatives through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other

communication channels.

- Support college onboarding and manage ongoing institutional engagement activities.

- Identify and connect with potential colleges to support institutional outreach and partnership development.





- Maintain accurate records of college contacts, requirements, conversations, leads, and follow-ups.

- Coordinate with internal teams such as Business Development, Sales, Content, Marketing, Operations, and

Web teams.

- Collect, verify, and coordinate updates related to college profiles, courses, admissions, placements,

scholarships, events, and other institutional information.

- Assist in managing and updating college listings, website pages, forms, banners, and other digital

requirements when needed.

- Track pending requirements and ensure timely follow-up and closure.

- Handle institutional queries professionally and coordinate with the concerned teams for appropriate

resolution.

- Prepare regular updates and reports related to college engagement, follow-ups, and ongoing activities.

- Maintain professional communication and contribute towards building long-term relationships with

institutional partners.
