Job Title: CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator

We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator with hands-on experience in CNC Turning/VMC machines. The candidate will be responsible for CNC programming, machine setup, tool and offset setting, drawing reading, production operation, first-piece inspection and troubleshooting to achieve required quality and production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, edit and modify CNC programs using G-code & M-code.
- Set and operate CNC Turning / VMC machines as per production requirements.
- Perform tool setting, tool offset, work offset, fixture setting and job alignment.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances and GD&T.;
- Select suitable cutting tools, inserts and machining parameters.
- Set speed, feed, depth of cut and tool compensation.
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspection.
- Use Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge and Dial Gauge.
- Make program/offset corrections and troubleshoot machining issues.
- Monitor tool wear, dimensional accuracy, surface finish and cycle time.




- Maintain CNC programs, setup sheets and production records.
- Follow 5S, safety, quality and production procedures.

Qualification

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering / Tool & Die / Machinist / Turner or equivalent technical qualification.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant hands-on experience in CNC programming, setting and operation preferred. Candidates with robust practical CNC experience will be considered.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
