We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator with hands-on experience in furniture manufacturing and CNC woodworking machinery. The candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines, cutting and processing furniture panels, maintaining quality, and achieving daily production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC Panel Saw / CNC woodworking machinery as per production requirements.
- Read and understand furniture drawings, cutting lists and production sheets.
- Set machine parameters according to material and job specifications.
- Operate the machine safely and efficiently.
- Process MDF, plywood, particle board, HDF and other furniture panels.
- Check panel dimensions, thickness and cutting accuracy.
- Perform first-piece inspection before bulk production.
- Identify cutting defects, chipping, incorrect dimensions and other quality issues.
- Coordinate with the Production Supervisor and Design/Engineering team for drawing or cutting-list clarification.
- Optimize material usage and minimize wastage.
- Maintain daily production and rejection records.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
- Report machine breakdowns and technical problems to the maintenance team.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and follow all safety procedures.
Material Knowledge Candidate should have practical knowledge of:
- MDF
- Plywood
- Particle Board
- HDF
- Laminated Boards
- Veneer/wood-based panels
- Furniture hardware and fittings

2–5 years of relevant experience in:

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in CNC Panel Saw, furniture production drawings, MDF/plywood processing and material optimization will be preferred.
