We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused CNC Machine Operator to join our Investment Casting production facility in Rajkot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines to perform precision machining, turning, and finishing operations on raw or semi-finished investment castings (ferrous/non-ferrous alloys). You will play a vital role in ensuring parts strictly adhere to technical engineering drawings and dimensional tolerances.

A. Machine Operation & Setup

- Load raw investment castings into jigs, fixtures, or chucks securely to ensure precise alignment and clamping.
- Run job programs according to technical drawings, setup sheets, and production targets.
- Execute roughing, finishing, facing, turning, boring, and threading operations on cast components.
- Verify tool selection, inserts, and tool offsets before starting a production batch.

B. Quality Assurance & Inspection

- Perform regular 1st-piece inspection and periodic in-process quality checks using precision measuring instruments:




- Vernier Calipers
- Micrometers (Inside/Outside)
- Height Gauges
- Bore Gauges & Thread Plug/Ring Gauges
- Identify surface defects, blowholes, porosity, or dimensional deviations common in investment casting products and report them to the QA/Supervisor immediately.
- Ensure tight tolerance specifications (typically $pm 0.01text{ mm}$ to $pm 0.05text{ mm}$) are consistently met.

C. Process & Maintenance Support

- Change worn or damaged inserts/cutters and make necessary tool offset adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy.
- Monitor coolant levels, oil levels, and chip accumulation to ensure smooth machine operation.
- Follow $5text{S}$ workplace organization guidelines to keep the machine area clean, safe, and organized.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹33,305.12 per month
