We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer with strong expertise in Siemens Controllers and High-Speed Machining (HSM). The candidate should be capable of independently creating, optimizing, and troubleshooting CNC programs to improve productivity and quality.
Key Requirements:
- 5–6 years of hands-on CNC Programming experience.
- Solid knowledge of Siemens CNC Controllers & Fanu Contoller.
- Experience in HSM (High-Speed Machining) operations.
- Expertise in tool selection, speeds & feeds optimization.
- Good understanding of tool life management and tooling cost reduction.
- Proven experience in cycle time reduction and process optimization.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and develop efficient machining programs.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. We need technically experienced and sincere candidate for this position (SS & MS is mandatory)
