We are looking for a Cluster Manager to lead the Key Alliances department, responsible for fostering and maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing complex relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
The Cluster
Manager will be the primary point of contact for key alliance partners, and will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business outcomes. They will also be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals.
What does the job entail?
- Manage and oversee the development and implementation of strategic alliances with key stakeholders and partners
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers at partner organizations
- Coordinate and facilitate joint business initiatives, projects, and activities across multiple clusters
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for collaboration and growth
- Identify and pursue current business opportunities through partnerships and collaborations
- Develop and manage budgets and resource allocation plans for alliance initiatives
- Monitor and report on the performance and progress of alliance initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for alliance initiatives
- Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve alliance objectives
- Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to inform alliance strategies
