Akhand Jyoti Eye Hospital (AJEH) is looking for an experienced, dynamic and result-oriented Cluster Manager to lead field operations and drive performance across assigned districts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and manage teams across assigned districts
- Drive achievement of district-wise targets and KPIs
- Plan and execute field-level activities for business & community outreach
- Monitor team performance and ensure effective execution
- Build strong relationships with local stakeholders and partners
- Identify opportunities for growth and strengthen district-level operations
- Ensure regular reporting, review and performance tracking

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Education: Graduate & above

Experience: 5+ years of relevant field experience

✔ Strong team-handling & leadership skills





✔ Target-oriented and result-focused approach

✔ Good knowledge of district-level field operations

✔ Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple districts/teams

✔ Experience in NGO / Healthcare / Community Development / Field Operations will be an advantage
