Job Overview

- We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer Supervisor to oversee CNC machine operations, programming, production activities, and a team of CNC operators.

- The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in CNC programming, machining processes, quality standards, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- CNC Programming &
- Operations

- Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs based on engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.

- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines (Mills, Lathes, and other CNC equipment).

- Develop and edit CNC programs using G-Code, M-Code, and CNC software tools.

- Conduct trial runs, inspect components, and ensure accuracy as per specifications.

- Improve machining processes for better productivity and quality.

- Team Supervision &

- Leadership

- Lead and supervise CNC operators and machinists.

- Allocate work, monitor production progress, and ensure timely completion.

- Train team members on CNC operations, programming, and safety procedures.

- Monitor employee performance and support continuous improvement.

- Quality &

- Production Management

- Ensure manufactured components meet quality standards and required tolerances.

- Perform machine checks, tool inspections, and coordinate preventive maintenance.





- Maintain production records, downtime reports, and machine performance data.

- Support production planning and capacity management.

- Coordination &

- Reporting

- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams.

- Resolve production issues and provide regular updates to management.

- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience as a CNC Programmer / CNC Supervisor

- Strong knowledge of CNC programming (G-Code &
- M-Code)

- Experience with CNC machines and machining processes

- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidWorks, AutoCAD

- Understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances, and materials

- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

- Knowledge of manufacturing safety practices

Preferred Skills

- Experience with multi-axis CNC machines

- FANUC CNC controller knowledge

- CNC programming certification

- Lean manufacturing experience

- Work Environment

- Manufacturing shop floor workplace

- Exposure to machinery and industrial operations

- Safety equipment compliance is mandatory

- Overtime may be required based on production needs
