Reliability is what turns a clever automation into something a business can depend on. You will own how our clients' systems are deployed, monitored and kept secure, from a first small deployment to systems handling real production traffic.
What you will do
- Design and maintain cloud infrastructure for client projects, with clean handover to the client.
- Build deployment pipelines, environments, backups and monitoring.
- Set up alerts that tell the right person what broke, and what to do about it.
- Manage secrets, access and security basics properly.
- Keep an eye on cost, and tell clients before the bill surprises them.
You might be a good fit if
- You have run production workloads on AWS, Google Cloud, Azure or a similar platform.
- You are comfortable with Docker,
CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
- You have been on call, and you know what a useful alert looks like.
- You like writing runbooks that other people can follow.
Nice to have
- Experience with Node.js services, queues and managed databases.
- Experience working directly with client teams.
