Tracks and confirms the daily arrival, shift timings, punch-ins, and leave schedules of attendants at the client's home.
- Immediate Replacement Management: Coordinates quick backup or replacement attendants in case of unplanned absence, illness, or emergency leave.
- Care Plan Alignment: Briefs the attendant on the patient’s doctor-prescribed care plan, medication schedules, dietary instructions, and daily routines.
- Daily Progress Monitoring: Collects daily updates, vital sign readings, and care logs from the attendant and updates the client/family regularly.
- Feedback &
- Issue Resolution:
Acts as the single point of contact to receive feedback from clients and immediately resolves any conflicts or service quality issues.
- Clinical Guidance &
- Escalation:
Supports the attendant with immediate phone guidance during medical uncertainties and alerts family members/doctors if patient health deteriorates.
- Duty &
- Conduct Enforcement:
Ensures the attendant follows skilled home decorum, safety standards, hygiene protocols, and ethical behavior.

Oversees seamless shift handovers between day/night attendants and manages the service wrap-up when the care contract ends.
