:

We are looking for a smart, well-spoken, and proactive individual to manage the clinic’s front office operations, patient communication, and basic social media coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support day-to-day clinic operations, administration, scheduling, and coordination.

- Coordinate effectively with Dr. Yatri, doctors, patients, vendors, and the internal team.

- Manage the Clinic’s WhatsApp Business and Instagram Business accounts and respond to enquiries.

- Support lead follow-ups, patient conversions, and customer communication.

- Manage the Clinic’s Instagram presence, including basic content planning and posting.

- Create Canva creatives, PPT presentations, social media posts, and marketing collaterals.

- Maintain Practo,



Google reviews, trackers, reports, and clinic documentation.

- Assist Dr. Yatri with backend support, research, presentations, and assigned projects.

- Support marketing activities, promotions, collaborations, and brand-building initiatives.

- Ensure timely follow-up and execution of tasks assigned by Dr. Yatri.

Preferred

- 1-2 years experience in medical field

- Freshers with science background

- Psychology background

- Phlebotomist

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
