Monday - Saturday (6 Days Working)
We’re looking for a Senior Manager who can take complete ownership of client servicing, creative operations, team coordination, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client communication and relationships
- Ensure timely delivery of creatives, reels, YouTube videos & other deliverables
- Manage and coordinate graphic designers, video editors, copywriters & creative teams
- Share daily work plans and delivery updates with clients
- Review deliverables before they are shared with clients
- Continuously improve creative and content quality
- Convert client requirements into explicit tasks, timelines and priorities
- Identify delays and bottlenecks early and ensure commitments are met
- Maintain accountability across multiple client accounts
We’re Looking For Someone Who
Is proactive, highly organised and detail-oriented, has strong client communication skills, can confidently manage creative teams, and knows how to maintain both quality and timelines in a fast-paced agency environment.
Agency experience is strongly preferred.
