Digital Paaji is a Patiala-based digital marketing agency helping local and international brands grow through social media, content, video and performance marketing. Our in-house team of designers, videographers, ad managers and developers works with clients across food, healthcare, manufacturing and more.
About the Role
We're looking for a confident and organised Client Servicing Executive to be the main point of contact between our clients and our creative team. If you love social media, enjoy talking to people, and can keep multiple projects on track, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all assigned social media clients
- Understand client goals and requirements, and brief the design, video and ads team clearly
- Share monthly content calendars and creatives with clients, and get timely approvals
- Collect client feedback and coordinate revisions with the team
- Conduct regular client calls and meetings, and share progress reports
- Track deadlines and make sure deliverables go out on time
- Build strong long-term relationships and help retain clients
- Spot opportunities to offer additional services to existing clients
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi and Punjabi
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and current content trends
- Strong follow-up skills and the ability to handle multiple clients at once
- Calm, polite and solution-oriented when dealing with client concerns
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and WhatsApp Business
- Graduate in any discipline (Mass Communication, BBA or MBA preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
Valuable to Have
- Prior experience in an agency or client-facing role
- Basic knowledge of Canva or social media analytics
