- Photostop An artists archive for fine art print needs.
- Anamala Homestay – A dreamy getaway resort in Kerala.
- Mudkart Living – An eco-construction material supplier.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Manage multiple client accounts and build solid, long-term client relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact and handle regular client communication, meetings, and reviews.
- Own projects end-to-end, from receiving the brief to final delivery.
- Create timelines, manage budgets, coordinate resources, and ensure timely, quality execution.
- Convert client requirements into clear briefs and coordinate with creative, strategy, digital, tech, video, and production teams.
- Monitor project budgets, profitability, scope, invoicing, and collections.
- Proactively handle client concerns, scope changes, and expectations while identifying upselling and account growth opportunities.
- Ensure strong internal collaboration, quality checks, client satisfaction, and repeat business.

What We're Looking For

- Ad. Agency experience is mandatory for this role.
- 4–5 years of experience in client servicing/account management within a creative, advertising, digital, branding, or integrated marketing agency.
- You may be required to work from our client’s office location, if needed.




- Proven experience handling multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of agency workflows, creative processes, timelines, budgets, and resource planning.
- Experience working with creative, digital, branding, social media, video, or integrated campaigns.
- Ability to independently manage client communication and project execution.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage client expectations and handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Experience with budgeting, invoicing, scope management, and commercial discussions.
- Proven ability to identify account growth, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership from brief to final delivery.
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced agency environment.
