Roles and Responsibilities

- Coordinate and maintain communication with clients.

- Follow up on orders, project status, and client requirements.

- Coordinate dispatch and logistics with
- clients and internal teams.

- Coordinate installation and commissioning at client sites.

- Arrange and follow up on service visits and customer requirements.

- Coordinate between clients, production, technical, and service teams.

- Maintain basic client and project documentation.

- Ensure timely follow-up and smooth project completion

Desired Candidate Profiles

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.A English).

- Excellent written and verbal English language skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with clients

- 0-3 years of experience

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel
