Qualifications:

- Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Excellent leadership quality to manage and supervise sites and projects.
- Strong knowledge or direct work experience of civil design is an asset.
- Dedicated team player and robust interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to deal with multiple tasks and work in time constraints
- Technical skills for interpreting construction methods and technologies, contracts and technical drawings.

Responsibilities include:

- Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery and personnel
- Overseeing individual duties and projects to crew members and contractors
- Providing adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices and safety needs
- Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably




- Regularly reporting project status to supervisors, site engineers and other officials
- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
- Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
- Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
- Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.

Compensation: will vary based on experience Work Location: Travel is required for daily site visits;

Interested parties must be locally situated in Thrissur. In proximity to Thriprayar is preferred.
