- Site Supervision: Direct daily work for laborers and subcontractors.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret engineering drawings, structural plans, and technical specs.
- Quality Control: Inspect materials and completed work to catch and fix errors early.
- Safety Enforcement: Enforce safety rules (like wearing PPE) and stop unsafe work immediately.
- Resource Tracking: Manage the delivery and use of tools, machinery, and raw materials.
- Problem Solving: Resolve in office delays, design conflicts, and worker disputes
Preferred candidate profile :
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years working in construction or in a supervisory role.
