About the Role

DIAMETRIC BUILDS PVT LTD is looking for a responsible and hardworking Site Engineer – Civil to supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, manpower coordination, material management, and timely completion of work.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Read and understand civil and structural drawings.
- Monitor construction quality and ensure proper execution of work.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, workers, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
- Check site measurements and maintain proper site records.
- Supervise RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, brickwork, plaster, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Monitor daily project progress and ensure work is completed within timelines.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Manager for solutions.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize material wastage.
- Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and site documentation.




- Coordinate material requirements with the purchase/store team.
- Ensure compliance with site safety rules and company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report project progress to management.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Civil Construction & Site Execution.
- Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and methods.
- Good site supervision and team coordination skills.
- Positive communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to travel/work at different project sites.

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 1 year or more than 1 year of relevant experience in civil site execution.

* Experience in construction, real estate, residential, commercial, or interior projects will be preferred.

* Candidates should be willing to work across Noida, Delhi, and Faridabad as per project requirements.

Compensation

Salary: ₹20,000+ per month

Incentives: Performance-based incentives
