Position: Civil Engineer – Laboratory & Production

Department: Quality Control / Production

Location: Shilaj, Ahmedabad

Reporting To: Plant Head / General Manager

Experience: 2–5 years preferred

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Manage day-to-day operations of the NABL-accredited civil testing laboratory, ensuring accurate and timely material testing.

Conduct and supervise testing of Sand, soil, cement materials as per applicable IS standards.

Maintain NABL documentation, calibration records, test reports, quality procedures, and audit requirements.

Manage Sand plant production, including production planning, raw material handling, screening, grading, and stock management.

Monitor product quality, production targets, wastage, plant efficiency, and coordination with maintenance and dispatch teams.

Prepare daily production and quality reports and ensure safe, productive, and compliant laboratory and plant operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
