Role & responsibilities

- Lead Enterprise Technology Transformation: Architect and execute a comprehensive technology and AI transformation strategy to modernize legacy real estate infrastructure, systems, and business processes.

- Drive AI-Powered Real Estate Innovation: Identify, implement, and scale Generative AI, predictive analytics, machine learning, IoT, automated underwriting, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to enhance operational efficiency, improve decision-making, and create measurable business value.

- Transform Real Estate Operations: Lead the transition from fragmented, manual, and legacy-driven processes to an integrated, data-driven, AI-enabled operating model across the organization.

- Develop and Integrate PropTech Ecosystems: Establish a scalable PropTech architecture that integrates property management platforms, CRM, ERP, IoT systems, financial technology, construction technology, and other mission-critical enterprise applications.

- Establish a Centralized Data &
- AI Platform:

Design and implement an enterprise-wide data architecture that enables centralized data management, advanced analytics, AI/ML capabilities, real-time reporting, and secure access to trusted business information.

- Execute Enterprise Digital Strategy: Formulate and implement the organization's digital transformation roadmap, embedding technology and AI capabilities across the entire real estate value chain, including deal sourcing, investment analysis, valuation, underwriting, construction monitoring, sales, leasing, property management, and facility management.

- Implement Generative AI &

- Intelligent Automation:

Build intelligent automation solutions using Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and AI agents to automate high-volume knowledge-intensive processes such as lease abstraction, contract analysis, document processing, due diligence,



reporting, and customer service.

- Deploy Predictive Property Analytics: Develop predictive analytics capabilities to evaluate property performance, rental trends, occupancy, tenant behavior, asset valuation, investment opportunities, and portfolio-level performance.

- Implement Smart Building &

- IoT Solutions:

Develop IoT-enabled smart-building ecosystems that integrate building management systems, sensors, connected equipment, and real-time operational data to optimize energy consumption, asset performance, occupant comfort, and facility operations.

- Establish Predictive Maintenance Frameworks: Leverage IoT sensor data, machine learning, and predictive analytics to anticipate equipment failures, minimize downtime, extend asset life, improve maintenance planning, and reduce operational expenditure (OpEx).

- Enhance Tenant &

- Buyer Experiences:

Deploy digital platforms, AI-powered customer engagement, intelligent chatbots, personalized services, and automated workflows to deliver seamless and differentiated experiences for tenants, buyers, investors, and other stakeholders.

- Enable Data-Driven Investment Decisions: Implement technology solutions that support real-time investment analysis, automated underwriting, valuation, scenario modelling, risk assessment, and portfolio optimization.

- Strengthen Construction Technology: Introduce digital and AI-enabled solutions for construction monitoring, project controls, cost management, schedule tracking, quality assurance, risk identification,



and milestone reporting.

- Develop Executive-Level Business Intelligence: Design and implement real-time executive dashboards providing actionable insights into portfolio occupancy, rental yields, asset performance, construction milestones, sales velocity, energy consumption, maintenance costs, and other critical business KPIs.

- Establish Technology Governance &

- Cybersecurity:

Define enterprise technology standards, architecture principles, data governance, AI governance, cybersecurity frameworks, privacy controls, and technology risk-management practices to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant operations.

- Build a High-Performance Technology Organization: Lead and develop a multidisciplinary technology organization spanning enterprise architecture, software engineering, data and AI, cybersecurity, infrastructure, automation, PropTech, and digital product development.

- Drive Strategic Technology Partnerships: Evaluate and manage strategic relationships with PropTech, AI, SaaS, cloud, IoT, and technology service providers to accelerate innovation while ensuring scalability, interoperability, security, and commercial value.

- Measure Business Impact: Establish explicit technology and transformation KPIs and continuously measure the impact of digital initiatives on revenue growth, NOI, OpEx reduction, productivity, asset performance, customer experience, and organizational efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

- Proven track record of designing and deploying production-grade AI models, machine learning pipelines, and RPA workflows at scale.

- Hands-on experience with core real estate tech stacks (Yardi, MRI, Salesforce, Autodesk BIM, Smart Building IoT)
