About Azilen & The Road Ahead For the past 17 years, we have built Azilen Technologies into a formidable 500 member product engineering and digital technology partner for global customers across the US, Europe, South Africa, and beyond. We work hand-in-hand with technology companies, enterprises, and ISVs to drive innovation in product engineering, AI, data, and digital transformation.

Today, Azilen is entering its next major phase of growth. We are looking to strengthen our leadership structure by bringing on a seasoned Chief Operating Officer.

We need a true operating partner. As the Founder focuses on our broader strategic direction, key enterprise relationships, and scaling our emerging products, the COO will take the wheel of Azilen’s daily operations. This role is about driving business scale, operational discipline, and organizational maturity while fiercely protecting the engineering culture that got us here.

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (In-person leadership with travel as needed)

Reporting To: Founder & Group CEO

#What You Will Do

1. Drive Business & Revenue Growth

- Partner with our sales and business development teams to execute our annual revenue plan, with a strong focus on adding sustainable enterprise customers.
- Establish a disciplined sales rhythm—managing pipeline quality, strategic account expansion, and new logo acquisition in priority markets like the US and Europe.
- Act as an executive sponsor in large enterprise conversations, bridging the gap between sales, presales, and delivery.

2. Champion Delivery & Engineering Excellence





- Take ownership of delivery governance across all business units to ensure predictability, quality, and profitability.
- Make sure our delivery teams are deeply aligned with customer outcomes and commercial commitments.
- Strengthen account farming and deepen relationships to ensure long-term retention.
- Relentlessly uphold and strengthen our core culture of Engineering Excellence.

3. Establish the Operating Rhythm

- Create the heartbeat of the company by running our weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
- Define and track the metrics that matter most: revenue, margins, utilization, hiring, and overall customer health.

4. Build and Align the Team

- Work side-by-side with our existing senior leadership across HR, finance, technology, and operations to break down silos and encourage cross-functional collaboration.
- Mentor our senior leaders, helping to build a robust leadership bench for the future.
- Preserve our ownership-driven culture while making the organization scalable.

5. Own the P&L; and Financial Health

- Partner with the finance team to drive gross margins, cost control, and billing discipline.
- Ensure tight commercial governance around pricing, contracts,



and delivery commitments.

#Who We Are Looking For

You are an ideal fit if you bring 18–25 years of experience in IT services, product engineering, or enterprise technology, and have a proven track record of running operations at scale.

- You understand the engine: You have a deep understanding of global technology services, from sales and account management to delivery and utilization.
- You can bridge the gap: You are equally comfortable talking strategy with the sales team as you are discussing delivery metrics with engineering heads.
- You are a balanced leader: You are strategic but love rolling up your sleeves. You are assertive but highly collaborative. You are process-oriented without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
- You understand our DNA: You are comfortable stepping into a founder-led culture and knowing how to earn respect before exercising authority.

#Preferred Backgrounds:

- A COO, Business Head, or Delivery/Revenue Leader in a mid-sized IT services or product engineering firm.
- A P&L; leader who has successfully scaled business units and managed cross-functional teams for global markets.
