Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

1. Strategic Financial Planning & Business Expansion

Lead enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy to support business growth, current plants, fabrication units, and capex projects. Drive investment planning, evaluate expansion feasibility, and support M&A; and IPO readiness including financial structuring and disclosures.

2. Financial Governance, Controls & Reporting

Establish robust internal controls, SOPs, and audit mechanisms to ensure financial discipline. Oversee accurate and timely financial statements, MIS, segment profitability, variance analysis, and management reporting for informed decision-making.

3. Statutory Compliance, Regulatory & Listing Readiness

Ensure full compliance with Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, SEBI regulations, and other statutory laws. Strengthen governance frameworks and coordinate with consultants for regulatory filings, disclosures, and NSE/BSE listing preparedness.

4. Capital Management, Banking & Fundraising

Manage working capital, banking relationships, credit limits (CC/OD), term loans, and project financing. Lead fundraising initiatives, investor relations, financial due diligence, and maintain an optimal capital structure aligned with growth objectives.

Business Finance Partnership & Cost Leadership

Act as a strategic finance partner to operations, procurement, production, and dispatch functions. Drive cost optimization, pricing strategy, margin improvement, and provide financial insights for operational and strategic decisions.

6. Risk Management & Scenario Planning

Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks including interest rate, forex, commodity price exposure, and policy changes. Lead scenario planning based on industry trends and macroeconomic factors impacting steel and EPC sectors.

7. Leadership, Representation & Stakeholder Management

Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team while representing the organization before auditors, bankers, investors, and regulators. Prepare board-level MIS, strategic reports, and funding presentations for leadership review.

8. Accounts Finalization, MIS & Profitability Reporting

Oversee timely monthly and quarterly accounts finalization and preparation of comprehensive MIS for all stakeholders. Ensure daily profitability statements, management reports, and financial dashboards are accurately prepared to enable real-time decision-making and performance monitoring.
