Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Conduct audits and reviews of internal controls to ensure compliance with Ind AS standards.

- Develop and implement effective finance control processes to mitigate risks.

- Provide strategic financial planning advice to senior management on budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.

- Ensure timely submission of tax returns (IT Returns) for individuals and businesses.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-5 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant (CA).

- Solid knowledge of accountancy principles under Ind AS framework.

- Proficiency in preparing complex financial reports using various software tools such as Excel or ERP systems like Tally Prime/Zoho Books.

- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for conducting thorough audits and reviews.

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), preferably specializing in Accounting or Taxation.
