Position: Chartered Accountant

Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana

Qualification: Chartered Accountant

Experience: 15 - 18 Years

Salary: 25LPA - 30 LPA

:

Lead end-to-end Financial BPO Operations across AP, AR, GL, FP&A;, Payroll and financial reporting.

Drive operational efficiency, accuracy, productivity, SLA/KPI achievement and service quality.

Manage P&L;, profitability, cost optimization and resource utilization for the BPO division.

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.

Drive automation, AI, analytics, RPA and digital transformation across finance processes.

Ensure compliance with international financial reporting standards, regulatory requirements and internal controls.

Lead process improvement,



standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage, mentor and develop a high-performing finance operations team.

Collaborate with clients, technology partners, auditors and internal stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

Identify recent opportunities for service expansion, process optimization and business growth.

Pay: ₹2,400,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
