Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage financial reporting, taxation, audits, compliance, budgeting, and financial planning. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of accounting standards and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure Statutory Compliance: Manage compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS,Companies Act, and other regulatory requirements.
- Drive Audit Management: Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits while ensuring timely closure of audit observations.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, and perform variance analysis to support business planning.
- Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Monitor cash flow, working capital,



and banking relationships to ensure financial stability.
- Strengthen Internal Controls: Design, implement, and monitor financial controls, policies, and risk management frameworks.
- Business & Financial Analysis: Provide strategic financial insights, profitability analysis, and recommendations for cost optimization.
- ERP & Process Improvement: Hands-on experience with ERP implementation, financial reporting automation, month-end closing, and process optimization using SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho Books, or similar ERP platforms.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership, auditors, banks, regulatory authorities, and external consultants.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, supervise, and develop finance and accounting teams while driving high-performance standards.
- Strategic Decision Support: Partner with management on financial planning, investment analysis, and business growth initiatives.
- Regulatory Updates: Monitor changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations, ensuring timely implementation.

Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 3+ years of relevant experience (depending on the role).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A;).
- Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
