Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets
- Appoint, manage & develop distributors, dealers and retail partners
- Drive primary & secondary sales across the assigned territory
- Increase product availability and visibility at retail outlets
- Regularly visit dealers/retailers and generate orders
- Identify current business opportunities across residential, commercial & institutional segments
- Promote new products, seasonal offers & dealer incentive schemes
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions & market activities
- Coordinate with logistics & service teams for timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory and support distributors with demand planning
- Prepare sales reports, market intelligence & sales forecasts
