About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Inspection / Technical Professional to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of automobiles and hands-on experience in vehicle inspection, manufacturing, servicing, or repair, along with a thorough understanding of applicable motor vehicle laws, acts, rules, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough inspection and technical assessment of vehicles as per applicable standards and regulations.
- Examine vehicle condition, safety systems, mechanical components, electrical systems, and overall roadworthiness.
- Identify technical defects, deficiencies, and safety-related issues and prepare inspection reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Motor Vehicles Act, rules, regulations, and prescribed technical standards.
- Review vehicle documentation and verify relevant technical and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, reports, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with vehicle owners, workshops, manufacturers, service centres, and other stakeholders as required.
- Provide technical guidance regarding vehicle repairs, maintenance,



and compliance.
- Stay updated on changes in motor vehicle legislation, technical standards, and inspection procedures applicable in Maharashtra.
- Ensure all inspections and technical activities are carried out with accuracy, integrity, and adherence to safety requirements.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of qualified experience.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in vehicle inspection, automobile manufacturing, servicing, maintenance, or repair.
- Thorough knowledge of the Motor Vehicles Act and rules made thereunder, along with applicable vehicle standards and regulations.
- Strong understanding of automobile mechanical and electrical systems.
- Good analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Candidates with experience in vehicle inspection, RTO-related processes, automotive testing, or compliance will be preferred.
