Job Overview

Surya International Enterprise Ltd. is looking for an experienced and technically skilled CCTV Technician and Computer Support Executive to manage CCTV systems, computer hardware, networking and basic IT support at our office.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure and maintain CCTV cameras and surveillance systems.
- Troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVR, NVR, cables and power connections.
- Monitor and maintain CCTV recording and backup systems.
- Configure CCTV systems for remote viewing through mobile or computer.
- Install and troubleshoot computers, printers and other IT equipment.
- Perform basic Windows installation, software installation and system configuration.
- Troubleshoot hardware, networking and internet connectivity issues.
- Maintain LAN, WiFi and basic network connections.
- Identify and resolve technical issues quickly.
- Maintain records of CCTV equipment, computer systems and IT assets.




- Coordinate with vendors for repair, replacement and technical support when required.
- Ensure all CCTV and computer systems are working properly.

Required Skills
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience as a CCTV Technician, IT Support Technician or Computer Technician.
- Good knowledge of CCTV installation and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of DVR, NVR, IP cameras and basic networking.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of LAN, WiFi, routers and switches.
- Positive problem solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle technical issues responsibly.

Qualification ITI, Diploma or equivalent technical qualification in Computer, Electronics, Electrical or a related field.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
