Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute category management strategies to drive business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and revenue enhancement.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform pricing strategies and optimize product offerings.

- Manage relationships with suppliers to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and improve overall supply chain efficiency.

Job Requirements :

- 5-10 years of experience in category management or a related field (e.g., procurement).

- Robust understanding of PNL management principles and ability to analyze financial data effectively.

- Proven track record of developing successful pricing strategies that balance revenue goals with customer needs.
