Role Description The Career Development Advisor will provide personalized guidance to students and working professionals, helping them identify suitable online programs and universities aligned with their career goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, interpreting academic and professional backgrounds, advising on course and university selection, and outlining clear education and career pathways. The advisor will design and deliver workshops or training sessions on career planning, employability skills,



and industry trends, while collaborating with internal teams to improve advisory tools, resources, and outreach programs.

The role also involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, tracking learner progress, and contributing insights to enhance overall student experience and outcomes. This is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to conduct counseling sessions, build trust, and convey complex information clearly.

- Robust Analytical Skills to understand learner profiles, interpret data, compare program options, and recommend suitable education pathways.

- Experience in Training and Coaching to conduct workshops, guide learners on employability skills, and support continuous career development.

- Exposure to Program Development, including designing advisory frameworks, learning modules, or career support initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Career Counseling, Human Resources, Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in counseling or coaching are an advantage.

- Prior experience in academic advising, career services, ed-tech, or higher education is preferred.

- Comfort working with digital tools, CRM or student management systems, and online communication platforms.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple cases, and maintain a learner-centric, inclusive approach.
