- Operate and monitor CNC machines for furniture and modular manufacturing.

- Perform accurate cutting, drilling, routing, grooving, pocketing, and profiling operations.

- Work with particle board, plywood, MDF, HDF, and laminated boards.

- Manufacture Pooja doors, L-top boards, circle boards, oval boards, curved/irregular shapes, panels, cabinet components, and other customized furniture parts.

- Read and understand production drawings, dimensions, cutting layouts, and CNC programs.

- Set up the machine, select suitable tools, and adjust machine parameters according to the material and job requirements.

- Load and position boards correctly on the CNC machine and ensure proper alignment before starting the operation.

- Check tool condition and replace or adjust cutting tools when required.

- Ensure correct cutting dimensions, drilling positions, grooves, holes, and profiles as per drawing.

- Perform first-piece inspection and make necessary corrections before bulk production.

- Identify machine, tooling, programming, or cutting issues and report them to the supervisor.

- Minimize material wastage by following proper nesting and cutting layouts.

- Maintain required production quantity without compromising quality.

- Handle customized and complicated shapes with proper accuracy and finishing.

- Ensure clean and damage-free edges and surfaces after CNC operations.

- Coordinate with designers, production supervisors, carpenters, and other machine operators.

- Maintain CNC machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance and lubrication as required.

- Keep tools, work area, and machine surroundings clean and organized.





- Follow all machine safety procedures and company safety guidelines.

- Properly handle and shift boards before and after CNC processing.

- Assist in loading and unloading materials whenever required.

- Maintain production records, job details, and machine-related information as instructed.

- Complete assigned jobs within production schedules and deadlines.

- Report material defects, machine breakdowns, and quality issues immediately.

- Follow company rules, attendance requirements, discipline, and safety standards.

- Perform other CNC-related duties assigned by the Production Supervisor or Management.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator preferred.

- Experience in modular kitchen, wardrobe, workstation, furniture, or interior manufacturing is an advantage.

- Valuable knowledge of particle board, plywood, MDF, and laminated boards.

- Experience in making Pooja doors, L-top, circle, oval, curved, and customized boards is preferred.

- Ability to understand technical drawings and measurements.

- Knowledge of CNC programming, tool selection, machine settings, and basic troubleshooting.

- Good attention to detail and measurement accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.

- Physically fit and willing to work overtime when required.

Candidate Qualities The candidate should be responsible, punctual, hardworking, safety-conscious, quality-oriented, and disciplined, with a strong focus on accuracy and minimizing material wastage.

Experience in customized furniture CNC production will be highly preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
